Atlanta
I specialize in the north Atlanta communities of North Fulton and the East Cobb-Marietta and Duluth-Norcross-Gwinnett areas. These communities are wealthy, well-educated, newcomer-friendly, and offer great shopping. They are a regional hub for travelers, airlines and heads of corporations. Atlanta is a cosmopolitan city with diverse residents from throughout the US and around the world. Residents demand a lot from their government and their schools. This area offers the best schools in the state and is home to many national schools of excellence such as Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Georgia, Emory University and Chandler. Community colleges include Dekalb Tech and Gwinnett Tech. Atlanta has the best climate of the Eastern seaboard states with mild temperatures during the summer and winter months and relatively low humidity. Spring is breathtaking with stunning dogwood and azalea blooms. The terrain is level with gently sloping hills; overall the geography is user friendly. This area offers many parks with ball fields, playgrounds for toddlers, picnic areas and park land by the river. Residents also enjoy free concerts at Piedmont Park, river rafting, water skiing and parks. The Appalachian Trail starts a few minutes north. The Atlanta area is proud to be the home of the Braves and the Falcons, the Atlanta Symphony High Museum of Art, Fox Theater, Philips Arena, Little Five Points, Woodruff Arts Center, World of Coke and Turner Stadium. The public transportation system can take you anywhere you want to go so you can avoid sitting in traffic jams. The Atlanta area has relatively low taxes and is business friendly. The economy is diverse and consistently strong.
